With 433 marks and assuming you belong to general category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in Karnataka. As per previous year the minimum cut off of Karnataka for general under state quota was 368 marks of Kodagu institute of medical sciences.
Here is a link which has list of all the colleges of Karnataka and their previous year cut off. Check this one lut to know in which colleges you have chances to get seat.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
