Thankyou Dr Syed. There are many priviate colleges in Punjab, Maha, Haryana - affilaited to health university of the state (not centeral/deemed univ). Many of these are not participants in MCC's centralized counselling. Could I apply for these through these State's own counselling process, while my home state is Karnataka and I am applying in my Karnataka state also? Or do these need me to be domicile of that state. Live webcast yesterday said we can apply, does that happen in state's respective mopup round or during counselling rounds. Sorry for long question. Does applying in other state's counselling affect my eligibility in my own state? really appreciate your advice.
First answer me that comedk college of your state allow or not to non karnatka domicile student for open category.
Sanjay..
In State Counselling, you cannot apply to a College outside of your state..
If you have domicile of two or more states, you can apply in each of them.. Since you are gonna take only one of the seat in one state, eligibility doesn't matter that way, As eligibilty comes into question only after allotment of seat..
A private college which doesn't come under AIQ 15% Participation, releases some types of form around this time every year.. I dont know much about it, but through it you can apply to that college which doesn't come under All India Seat.. U can find ur interested college's no. online.. Call them to get more details..
