Neet exam is an all India level common entrance examination for medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both private and government colleges

It would have helpful if you would have provided us with your category as the admissions would vary based on the categories.

With your marks, you have probability to get into self funded government colleges, as the cutoff for the self funded government colleges is more than 400 and you have more marks than that.

But you can also try for second and third counselling of the neet to check any seats are available for you in government colleges to get into.
