You can get into a medical college as long as you have qualified NEET. The qualifying criteria for OBC is 40th Percentile. So if you've scored more than the 40th percentile, you are eligible to get into a medical college.

If you're eligible, you can try to get into a deemed medical college , or you can try through management quota if that works for you.
