hi I am from West Bengal and scored 520 in neet UG 2022, and I belong from general category. so is it possible for me to get a govt college? if yes, pls mention the names of possible colleges

West Bengal state quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category students in neet 2021 was AIR 32740 ( marks approx 575-580+)  in coochbehar govt medical College.

Also there are news that six new medical College may open this year in west bengal so definitely cut off will decrease somewhat or will remain same

So now if i compare your marks with last year cut off marks, you are in  unsafe zone and you have rare chance of getting govt MBBS college in West Bengal state counseling.

Although if you are looking for private colleges in state counseling then you have fair chances.

According to previous year's cut off for general category candidate must score 550+. But don't loose your hopes, there might be few chances of you getting admission in government college.
