According to your marks and considering that you are a general category aspirant, it would be difficult for you to get interview opportunity in any PSU, but you should be able to get admission in the M.Tech courses offered by the IITs.

You got a decent score in gate , while by this score you can either used for getting job in PSU and getting addmission for MTech. i would like suggest you try our tool for getting to know which college and PSU jobs as just by your marks its hard to say which all the colleges you would get since lot many factors come into consideration like caste , gate score out of 1000,your graduation , so i would like to say go for our tool called college predictor or PSU jobs, that would give you exact results
