Since you are from Rajasthan, you are eligible only for the private open seats in Karnataka.
Last year, the closing rank of St. John's Medical College in Bangalore was 6790 in the first round. This corresponds to 610-601 marks. It doesn't generally go much further in other rounds. So on this basis, it is difficult for you to get a seat here.
But, cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as the total number of seats available and the number of qualified students.
