Sorry dear but you won't be able to get any government medical college seat as the expected cut off marks for general applying under 85 %state quota seats will be above 500 marks and for 15%all India quota seats it will above 560 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges. The chances are quite low with these marks to secure a seat in govt college if you belong to a general category. However your chances of getting a govt seat increases moderately if you belong to SC or St category
