To study medical courses from prominent government colleges in India, after 12th you need to appear for NEET exam. Infact, private colleges too take admissions based on the results of the exam. However, this is not to say that there aren't any such college which take admissions without that too. My advice to you would be, to appear for NEET exam and score well there. Once you achieve a decent score, we can dig deep into which colleges you should apply.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if you are seeking admission in Government Medical Colleges or government seats then you should try to maintain you NEET score at least 580-600 to be on the safer side according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-
