Hello Vivek,
The preperation of DU LLB Exam is slightly different from the famous CLAT or AILET. They tend to focus a lot more on the Legal Aptitude and Indian Polity Part. There is no one book, which covers the entire syllabus. Moreover GK and Current Affairs have no boundaries, so on that part keep yourself updated (read atleast two newspapers a day) and try to grasp most of the static gk. As far as books for other sections are concerned, there are inclusive guides available which cover all the sections briefly like the Universal Guide for LLB and CLAT and Study Package for CLAT & LL. B Entrance Examinations (English) 3rd Edition Author: A. P. Bhardwaj.
For section-wise, you might want to refer to these:
1. English- Norman Lewish; Word Power Made Easy
2. Logical Reasoning- R.S.Aggarwall

Hey.
To prepare for the entrance of DU LLB You can use an all inclusive guide like Universal's guide to LLB and CLAT or the SS Guide for DU LLB which includes basics and practice questions for all the topics. Other than that you can refer to previous year question papers for each entrance for a better guidance. For current affairs and verbal section the Hindu is considered as the best newspaper. You can use Word power made easy- Norman lewis for vocabulary. You can use R.S aggarwal'a books for Logical Reasoning or quantitative section in case you need a separate book other than universal's guide.
Make sure you practice a lot using previous years question papers for a better rank.
Best of luck!
