There is nothing like an average student can't crack UPSE CSE exam

1. UPSE is an exam which has only eligibility criteria of graduation and thus every graduate is eligible to write UPSE CSE.

2. UPSE exam is made such that yyou'll  start from basics and thus you need not to have prior excellence in any field to crack the exam.

3. Most of the candidates who crack UPSE CSE have average background if you'll see their past. It's not like being average gives you any advantage to crack the exam. since the exam needs patience.
