This year, Candidates who have been allotted a seat through Tamilnadu NEET PG Counselling were allowed even to e-report to the allotted college. Those Candidates who have do not report to the allotted College by May 13th will be considered as forfeiting the seat. But that doesn't stop them from participating in the 2nd round. They can still participate in Round 2 and even Mop up round. There should not be an issue about it.
