According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 480-520+ score in NEET to get admission in government college for MBBS in Karnataka State. With the score you have mentioned above there can be possibilities of your admission in government college. You should apply through state quota, as per the state counselling 85% seats are reserved for state quota students, which might increase chances of your admission. You can try in subsequent or mop up rounds as well. Also there are good chances of admission if you apply in semi government or private college under government quota.
