You can pursue MSc in Wildlife Science/MSc Wildlife Conservation or MSc Forestry, these are some of the courses that you can consider if you intend to become wildlife biologist, further after completion of master's degree you can appear for CSIR NET to qualify JRF to pursue PhD, the advantage of qualifying JRF is stipend on regular basis, the eligibility criteria is passed master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, also NET certifications is accepted in many top universities, in case there is entrance test conducted for admission, NET qualified candidates are exempted from this, they only have to appear for the interview,
you can consider doing MSc Wildlife Science from Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, the course fee is around Rs 5.20 lakhs for a duration of two years, there are also AMU, Amity University, Noida, Kota University to name a few which offers this course, other than this you can go through the following options;
If you really want to be an Wildlife Biologist, then I would recommend you to prepare for TIFR GS. TIFR or Tata Institute of Fundamental Research have its lab & Institute namely NCBS or National Centre for the Biological Science, which is one of the top research institutes in India which offers the course of MSc in Wildlife Biology in India.
