Dear Aspirant,
No, it is not possible to get lateral entry admission in NIT after completion of your Diploma course. NIT's does not offer lateral entry admissions. Similarly you can not get admission in IITs after the graduation.
VIT offers admissions in Engineering courses through Direct Entry in Second Year Programme. It is required that the Candidate should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks from a college approved by AICTE.
