Regarding your query about getting admission in SCB Medical college, I would like to tell you that cut-offs vary every year. Factors that determine NEET cut off for colleges are -
Number of candidates who appeared for the NEET exam
NEET difficulty level
Total seats available
For SC category after 2nd counseling in the year 2020, it was 571. So assuming cut-offs increase every year it would be safe if you aim for 600+ score.
