hi , i am working as process associate at a SaaS based startup . will it affect my mba PI?

Having a work experience does affect of the PI for an MBA. It will give a positive impact on panel though. However, it anyways does not guarantee your admission in the college. For PI, your confidence and knowledge about the subject is what matters the most, it does not really matter on weather you have any previous experience or not.
