Dear aspirant,
It's completely impossible to get any government college seat for MBBS with your Rank. But you should go for counseling as you can get an idea about the overall process and everything. If you want any suggestions about which college you can get for BDS then you are suggested to go for Punjab Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Amritsar. Last year cut off marks of this Institute was 455. Hopefully you can get a seat in this college.

As the decision is based upon the marks secured by you in NEET 2020 and your category as well, Now as your from General category I don't think you could get any government colleges through MBBS councelling as the cutoff has increased this year and the cutoff differs every year which depends on several factors. So I would advise you not to go for MBBS councelling as your marks are quite low.
