Dear Harpreet, you are eligible to apply for Lateral Entry into 2nd year B.Tech in Civil Engineering. You need to appear for the Entrance Examination based on your State. And you can gain entry directly into 2nd year B.Tech which will be 3 years duration. So just to answer your question, you are eligible.
