Hi, I completed my 10th in First Division regularly. But due to personal problems at home could not complete intermediate. However completed B.com (Ambedkar University, Hyderabad)& MBA (Osmania University, hyderabad) through distance education. Am I eligible to appear for Lawcet in Telangana State
Hello,
TS LAWCET is conducted for admission of both integrated law course for a duration of five years for which the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate for OC/BC, in case of SC/ST it's 40%, for OBC it's 42% whereas for three years LLB the eligibility criteria is passed graduation that is 10+2+3 pattern in any disciple from a recognized university with 45% aggregate for OC/BC, in case of SC/ST it's 40%, for OBC it's 42%.
Now, coming to your answer, unfortunately as you haven't completed 10+2 education, hence you are not eligible to apply for any of the exam, as it clearly specifies to follow a pattern of 10+2 for integrates law course and for three years LLB it has to be 10+2+3 which hasn't happened in your case, you can visit the official website at https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/UI/Eligibility.aspx for more details regarding this.
hi,
since you have already done with graduation you are eligible for ts lawet 3 years llb course. however the eligibility criteria is candidates must have completed graduation course from a recognize education board with 10+2+3 pattern. the marks criteria is as follows as per category wise for graduation:
OC,BC etc., 45%
OBC* 42%
SC & ST 40%
however since you have no certificate of 12th course or equivalent exam before graduation you are not eligible to apply.
