As per your marks, your probable general rank will be approximately between 32966-36966. Since you belong to the general category, your have 50% chances of getting admission to NIT but your choice of branch is not guaranteed.

It highly depends upon your Home State. If the cutoff of your Home state NIT is low then definitely you will get a seat there. If not then getting a seat is tough. In this case you don't have any option rather than targetting NITs in the north east.

You may get a seat in NIT Shillong, NIT Silchar(probably lower branch), NIT Agartala, NIT Sikkim,etc.

You must also give a try for NIT Raipur and some lower IIITs if branch is not an issue for you.
