Hi,. I got 12500 SC category rank.can I get admission into good IIITs with this rank.I also got 780 preparatory rank in jee advance 2021,shall i go preparatory course or else choose for IIIT.Give me any suggestion

On such JEE-Main rank you cannot get any of the IIITs because they use to have closing SC ranks around 7-8k but you can go for some GFTIs and on the basis of your preparatory SC rank in JEE-Advance you have no chance in any of the IITs as the closing SC rank for preparatory courses were around 200-250.

If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of SC rank in JEE-Main mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-

Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar - Electronics and Communication Engineering (12873)

Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Bhadohi - Carpet and Textile Technology (13421)

Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Industrial and Production Engineering (13380)
