Hi, I got 1667 rank in ipu cet for ba eco hons. (General, outside delhi region) . Can I get a good college in ip?

Your rank in eco. Hons. CET is 1.6k which is really high because very less colleges are available for that course in IP University.
And given that you are an outside Delhi candidate, this makes the possibility even more less for you to get a college in IP University for B.A. eco hons.
I would suggest you to analyse some other options available and would recommend to take part in the spot round as well.
