see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category. however there is 85% of seats in government colleges of mbbs / bds is reserve for domicile candidates. also there is separate closing rank and score is given for AI quota and state quota. you did not mention which of the state you belongings to, however at this score have less chances to secure seat in AI quota.
