Hi ..I got 3800 in ap emcet and I have a BC a reservation so may I get any government engineering Colleges and can I join ts in this rank.

Firstly congrats as you secured a very good rank and undoubtedly you will be getting seat in anyone of the government colleges as there is reservation quota too. But it's not possible to join in TS with AP eamcet rank. All the very best!
