GATE 2025: Syllabus | Sample Papers
Hii Pritam, you do have a probability to get an NIT as the cutoff scores mayfall down to some extent. I have mentioned below the NITs that you have a chance with their last year OBC-NCL closing cutoff scores.
- NIT Manipur [Computer Science(CS) cutoff-338]
- NIT Meghalaya [ CS & engineering -354, VLSI design & embedded systems- 378]
- NIT Nagaland [ Communication Engineering- 350, CS-342]
- NIT Sikkim [ CS-370, Microelectronics & VLSI design- 370]
- NIT Agartala [ Chemical engineering -339, Communication engineering-365]
- NIT Srinagar [ Chemical engineering-303]
- NIT Silchar [ Communication and signal processing- 360]
- NIT Rourkela [ Chemical engineering-366]
- NIT Raipur [ Chemical engineering-303]
- NIT Hamirpur [ Chemical technology-307]
- NIT Arunachal [ Mobile communication & computing-339, CS-350]
I hope this would have helped you. All the best for your future ventures.
Hi Pritam,
Congratulations!! As this year result of EE stream goes high this year its difficult to get admission into NIT through this score. 38.67 score is boundary score in OBC category in EE stream. Minimum score required for NIT is nearly 60+ score. One suggestion I can give is that you can attend CAP round till last round, if there is vacancy in last round then you may get seat but probability is fair.
All the best!!
