You haven't mentioned your Category. But 405 is a tad less score for a seat in IIMSR. In 2019, under State Quota, 445 marks secured a seat in IIMSR under General Category. Going by that we can assume that Reserved Categories have lesser cut offs. But there are 2 factors that against you. One is that from this year there is no regional and State quota and the other is Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
