hi I got 42k rank, under which category it is coming can i get ECE in VIT vellore. what will be the fees for 1st yr and 2nd,3rd, 4th year

With the mentioned rank you can get ECE probably in category 4 or 5. The fee structure for category 4 and 5 are as follows:
Category 4- approx 4.5 lacs per annum
Category 5- approx 4.95 lacs per annum
