Your IPU CET rank 4800 for BBA is good. But you can not get top colleges of IPU as you don't have domicile qouta. There are still some good colleges such as

As your query is you have given the entrance exam of Indraprastha University CET and your rank is 4800 and you want to know that can you get admission in BBA and you are from general category outside Delhi candidate so I would like to tell you that don't you need to worry because in all the colleges of Indraprastha University there is a very small amount of seat reserved for the candidates who are from outside the Delhi and as per your rank is concerned you can definitely get a seat all you have to do is apply for the counselling process and you have to wait for the process to start but there is one thing that the counselling process may take time and you will get the admission latey in the session of 2019 but yes I will wait you will definitely get the college.
