Dear Nishita, The B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through Direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. Now for you, the way to get a seat in Private Colleges of other States is through Management Quota. And those seats which are left vacant in Private Medical Colleges are transferred back to the respecrive administrations and it is within their jurisdiction to conduct admissions according to their rules.

Can I get a seat in KMC Manipal with my score 506 under b category? If yes how much it costs? I belong to Andhra Pradesh. Mine is general category.

Irrespective of your score, if you want to get into any other State's Private Medical College, it is only possible through Management Quota.
