I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to get government  college in 61000 rank and also it is difficult to predict course you get according to marks as the trend changes every year. Although getting pg seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of exam, AIQ rank, category, region, state, state rank,etc. This analysis is based on experts predictions and previous year data. But you can try for  private seat.
