hi I got 67 percentile and i am obc what would be my home state rank and can I get civil branch in nits?

Hello,
You have secured 67 percentile in jee mains so let me tell you that it's difficult being from obc category to get into the NITs in this percentile.
So, i would suggest if you are so determined to get into NITs only then i would suggest to join some lower cut off NITs like Srinagar, Agartala, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh.
