I'm sorry to inform you but I think you can not get any nits in this percentile unless you have some kind of reservation or state quota. You can get some lower level gftis.
If you have state quota you can try for them.
Or you can opt for various state colleges giving admission through Jee mains score.

Hi ! No, you don't have any chance of getting an IIIT or a nit. Because these are premier institutes which demands rank between 1-50000. Your percentile may fetch you a rank of 5 lacs-10 lacs. So you can have a GFTI in your hand leaving best GFTI's. Other colleges include CV Raman , Jaypee. But these are also quite unsure that means you can have this at last moment. Still you can have a check at two links.
