hi I got 79 percentile in Jan jee and scored 97.4 % in 12th ISE. can I get admission in computer science engineering in any of the top institutes in Maharashtra

With this percentile in JEE Mains, your rank would be more than 200000 in the common rank list. Even if you are from any reservation category, your chances of getting a seat in government Engineering colleges is very less.

yes , u can get admission in B.Tech CSE in top institutes in Maharastra. As the college will take the average of your Jee , 10+2 result. And most of the colleges prefer aggregate of pcm marks in 10+2 for engineering.
