Hi .. I got 86 Mark's in Ts icet 2019 n belongs to minority BC-e what will be my rank ,college, n is any fee reimbursement ?

As per you score ,your expected rank would be 5600 to 6200
Yes you can get fee reimbursement provided you must submit your caste certificate and income ceritficate(income should be less then two lakhs)
