Hi I got 89 percentile in jee and my OBC category rank is 35000... Can I get NITs or IIITs seat... Any possibility??

See your rank is bit higher to get you a seat in top NIT's but there are also other NIT's you can get a seat there. But you will not able to get IIIT's with this rank. I am mentioning some NIT's below you can get a seat there.
1) NIT Silchar
2) NIT Arunachal Pradesh
3) NIT Meghalaya
4) NIT Mizoram
5) NIT Agartala
6) NIT Srinagar
7) NIT Hamirpur
These are some NIT's you can get a seat there only if, you are having a common home state NIT among the mentioned NIT's above and note that you will not be having many branch option there as your rank is bit high. Rather than that it will be not possible for you to get a NIT. Hope it helped you.

As per your rank you may not get a good NIT,but you may get a seat in some of the NIT's but not IIIT's.But the closing rank keeps on changing but the chances are very less to get a seat in any branch .You can check all the previous year cutoff on below mentioned site.
