You can get some private universities in your home state.You have scored very less in JEE mains.At such a score you should not take admission in any college rather you must prepare for the next year.
Even if you will get the college this year you will fail from the first semester of your B.Tech/B.E because you don't have clear concepts of PCM.
Until you are not clear with your basics you should not go ahead.
