Admissions to any colleges or universities is given based on the rank. With the overall percentile you scored, your rank could be between 95241 - 107065 approximately. It might be difficult for you to get into any NITs or IITs with that rank.
However you have got a second chance to attempt in JEE, try to utilize that and score better if your wish is to get admitted into NITs or IITs.
