Since you have not mentioned your category or home state, assuming you are from the General category.
95 percentile will translate to around 45k rank in CRL.
Which alone would not be sufficient to get into an NIT, but by girls quota you might have some chances

Yes, you are surely eligible for getting admission in NIT because JEE weightage should be 60 .

Also, 45% of marks in each subject in +2 is the eligibility for NIT but NIT selection is based on JEE rank list only .
