see cutoff score and ranking varies every year, depends on the determining factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however till now phase 1 counselling has completed and the remaining seat would fills by phase 2 counselling. based on previous years data srm chennai campus cse department would fills by ranking 9500 - 10500 . so you have chances for any of the chennai campus. so it would depends on the remaining seats available after first counselling.
