Hello,

Yes, if you weren't allotted any seat in second round of counseling then the seat which you were allotted in first round will be retained. But if you get a seat in second phase then the previous seat allotment will stands cancelled and you cannot claim the previous seat allotment regardless of your willingness to accept the seat in second round.
