Hi I had given NIFT exam this year and my category rank is 3692 and common merit rank is 5369. which campus am i most likely to get.

See, you have good chances to get NIFT colleges for B.Des. course but you would not be getting top campuses on such CMR and it is quite high as per previous year's data and for prediction of campuses you can check out the NIFT College Predictor given at the end of this answer.
