Your SC Rank will be under 20. So you can apply in the top institutes.
The first should be MAMC.
2. VMMC as it is attached to Safdarjung. Internal PG reservation
3. UCMS
4. Lady Herdinge (in case you are a girl ) and want to study in girls only.
Other options: IMS BHU, King George Mumbai

Can you provide me with a link where i can get the cutoffs of last year of Delhi colleges.
Because everywhere i see there isn't any website saying i have a chance in Delhi colleges with 525 marks in neet

It doesn't say that the list is for AIQ students or State quota student
Sorry but that cannot be tallied from a single list. One need to search for the region again using Roll No.
A rough idea can be given by seeing the SC Ranks.
One division is those getting < 10000 and one above them. Although I have no evidence supporting it , but I feel the AIQ are those 1st Cat
And Delhi Category is 2nd
