It is okay to have a drop between college and schooling many people are doing it and it has nowadays become a trend, but if you have a genuine reason for that it is not an issue anyways.

Moreover make up the reason in such a way so that in future interviews for any college or company that you might want to get in you wont face any challenges.

Hope this helps.

All the best for future.

Your percentage is good. You can apply for admissions in various colleges in 2019.

If you want to do BSc then you can directly apply for the institute you want to study in. Now BSc has many subjects .If you are interested in pure sciences then you can opt for subjects like Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics,  Statistics,  Zoology,  Botany, Microbiology and there are many more. If you are taking any of these subjects in BSc then you can go for MSc then PHD . If you do not want to continue studying then you can also go in teaching field.

If you have interest in computer field then you can go for BSc-IT or BSc-Computer Science.

If you want to do engineering then you can give entrance exams according to which college you want admission in. Mostly all engineering entrance exams take place in April and May so you can prepare till then.

If you want to become a doctor then you can give NEET which happens in May and start preparing for it.

After BSc if you find your passion is in business then you can go for MBA by giving CAT exam. If you want to work in government sector after your graduation then you can give exams conducted by UPSC.

If you still have any queries feel free to ask in the comment section down below.

Thanks for answering. Your answer has decreased my fear of what will happen next? Thank You. Also I studied State Board and not CBSE. I studied in TN . Any more suggestions you could give? I am a bit confused. I wanted to study well and go abroad. But I was unfortunate to find the best couses and career for me. Also I only Studied PCMB in 12th and not Computer Science. This was my another fear of Going Engineering. Thank You.

That's not a problem if you weren't a compute science student. You can do engineering even if you didn't take computer science in 11th and 12th. Just make sure that you don't waste time from now on. You have time to think and prepare till admissions began for next year so make up your mind and don't get too confused. There are infinite courses just do whatever you would like to do for rest of your life.

CBSE Board is definitely good but that doesn't mean other State Boards are not upto it's mark. Don't limit yourself because of this. Read NCERT textbooks if you are planning to give any entrance exam. Because almost all concepts are covered in NCERT textbooks. All the best.
