According to NEET MDS Eligibility Criteria Candidates must possess a provisional or permanent registration certification issued by DCI or State Dental Council (SDC) by March 31 of the particular academic year.
So , you need to have the Provisional registration certificate with in 31st March, 2022 or you are not eligible for exam
