hi i have done IBDP in biology and chemistry but don't have physics as third science want to appear for NEET . what should i do

See if you don't have Physics as your subject in IBDP then what you can do is, you can appear for examination of physics from NIOS as an On-Demand Examination and then you can mention the aggregate for Physics Chemistry and Biology.
To appear in NEET UG you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions :-
For 10+2 or equivalent :-
>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.
>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).
>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.
So if you satisfy all above conditions then you are eligible for NEET UG 2022 with respect to the criteria of marks.

As you have completed your intermediate from IBDP so to get admission you should have documents from the IB detailing percentage equivalency and that specific course requirements for admission to medical programs are satisfied.
