I am sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat in government medical college as last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for obc category in AP was 458 marks .
so with 415 marks, you will not get a seat.

Hello,
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college in andhra pradesh are mild.even through state quota.
You might get a government seat through all india quota
