I don't think you will be able to get a seat in any NIT from the other state.
But, you can get a few branches in a couple of NIT's if you have the home state quota i.e. you are from that state.
These NIT's are NIT Hamirpur and NIT Durgapur.

You have secured a good marks under your catogory.you can obviously get nit college as per your marks and your category.always have a choice of preference for good engineering colleges as a choice as it might give you a more better confidence.you have scored good marks for good college.All the best

Hello dear,
According to your percentile in jee mains 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT, IIIT and GFTI as your rank in category is very high but you can get seat in number of private colleges.
