Your rank is not good ,

And yes there is low chance of getting admission into any nits or iiits.

I understand your concern. But I am sorry to tell you based on your percentile I think there is very low chance of your getting admissions in any of the college. But don't worry there are many more colleges that you could try. Please see the below link to find your colleges:
