Cougrats for your good score. According to me you will get easily admission in any government medical college. According to last year cutoff of 2018.

Dear Samyukta, under State Quota, in 2018, 393 marks secured a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. That has been the cut iff. Going by the previous cut offs and your expectant score at 440, you have a chance at:
Kakatiya Medical College

GMC, Mahboobnagar
GMC, Siddipiet
ESI, Hyderabad
